WHY IS THE PRODUCTION LEAD TIME UP TO 4 WEEKS?

 Each custom item ordered has multiple layers of production – from picture ‘re-touching” to the ink processes, to lay down on fabric, drying, sewing, etc. At any given point a glitch – a picture that is hard to work with, varying temperatures during drying time, shipping issues, etc. – could arise and cost us some time. We thank you for your interest, and your patience. 

VARYING COLOR:

Sometimes with printed fabrics the process yields slight variation in colors. Please note, each order is produced as a one-of-kind, and put to print that way as well – so on occasion we might get a slight difference in color shade.

CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE PETS ON ONE ITEM?

Right now, no – but we are working on it. We’re concentrating on perfecting single pet items for the time being, but will let everyone know when we have two pets on an item.  

WHAT IF MY PET IS NOT A DOG OR A CAT?

We print all pets. So feel free to upload a picture of your rabbit, frog, hamster, fish, lizard, etc. All we ask is you own the rights or have permission to use the photo.

However, please be advised that images of people will not be accepted – pets only. Note that images of unclothed, underage children, are expressly forbid, and must never be shared – whether it’s your child or someone else’s. Please refer to the Citizens Guide to U.S. Federal Law on Child Pornography for further information.

I WANT TO ORDER MATCHING HIS AND HERS PAJAMAS? HOW DOES THE SIZING RUN?

Our pajamas are intended to be unisex. We offer Medium, Large, X-Large and XX-Large. They are designed to fit men and women comfortably. If you are not certain, please email us your clothing size and we will get back to you with a recommendation.

HOW DOES IT SHIP? CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?

All domestic orders over $100.00 ship at our expense - we cover that- because you’ve been kind enough to order multiple items and so patient waiting for them to be completed. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite orders We will process orders as received, and will do our best to improve production and shipping time as we produce.

 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FINISHED CUSTOM PRODUCTS?

Custom Printed Items: Due to extremely high volume, all custom orders may take up to 4 weeks to produce (international may be up to 6 weeks)

I UNDERSTAND IT TAKES UP TO 4 WEEKS TO RECEIVE MY CUSTOM ITEMS, WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED THE ORDER?

Due to the custom nature of the order, your credit/debit card will charged at the time the order is placed as this is a custom, one-of-a-kind item handcrafted item - only for you featuring your pet.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY CUSTOM ITEMS?

Custom Pet Studio™ has a no exchange or return policy due to the custom nature of our products. If there is a concern, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. We are more than happy to help you out.

WHEN ORDERING A GIFT

When ordering a gift please allow an extra 2 weeks in advance of the date you would like to gift the item. Unfortunately, the shipping office in unable to wrap or enclose a gift box or notes in our outbound shipments.

CARING FOR YOUR CUSTOM PET STUDIO GARMENT:

We suggest washing pajamas and socks in cold water, mild detergent, with like color items. Tumble dry on medium heat setting.

Please contact us via our contact form – we try to respond to each inquiry within 24 hrs. – however, with the time difference to the production facility – sometimes it takes a bit longer. Given that time difference, an email is the best way for you to reach us – so we can answer it anytime day or night.
